If for any reason you changed your mind and we have already dispatched your shipment, please return the products to us for a full refund.
We regret, however, that we cannot refund postage costs for non-faulty products. Please email us on email@example.com with the subject title: Cancel my order, any time up to fourteen days from receiving your delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense via a tracking courier service and the tracking number to be clearly communicated to our customer service team. The products should be in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken.
We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the products. Your money will be refunded in the same way you paid us. If there are any technical difficulties in doing so, we will be in touch with you to find a suitable alternative to refund the payment that will suit you.
Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the invoice number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address above.
Térapy Ceylon makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, customers should contact Customer Services on firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt with the subject title: Cancel my order and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense via a tracking courier service and the tracking number to be clearly communicated to our customer service tea.
